Your kids will burn up with these HOT Back to School supplies

I feel like a ridiculously premature Fall clothing line in a one of your local retailers (you know the ones that had their Fall clothing line available at the beginning of the Summer)?  Now I walk into stores and there’s limited Summer apparel but boat loads of clothing I can’t even wear yet unless I’d like to sweat my hiney off in a pair of corduroy pants and a thin knit sweater!  It’s sort of a pet peeve of mine.  And now here I am publishing this post on back to school supplies and we are barely into August.  I’ve just become my worst nightmare!

Nah, I’m just kidding.  I’m well aware of the benefits of being proactive (since I am myself) and feeling the satisfaction of crossing off an item on your to do list.  For those out there with school age kids that haven’t shopped for back to school supplies yet, I hope you’ll find this post helpful!  You’ll find my list of items are affordable, fun, trendy and, like my post title describes them, HOT!

  1. We have bought the girls their backpacks for pre-school so far and they needed to be from the Disney Store, because they are all about the Princesses right about now. Crazy, but true. I loved all your picks and so love Vera Bradley and #16 would totally be up my alley for sure. Thanks for sharing and really wonderful ideas here!!

  2. I'm loving those Vera Bradley pencils for me! I always hated back to school when I was a kid but I loved the shopping part! Have a great day!

  3. I love back to school shopping! I always have.

That foldable ruler is awesome! I might have to get that this year.

    Wishing you a lovely day.

  4. I am so unprepared. It's just preschool but there are still things to buy! I love the way you set this up so effectively. Great arrangement of photos!

  5. I actually started back to school shopping in june at the Disney store because they had backpacks on sale. Being pre-k last season stuff won't matter and its still a cool back pack. A win win for this mom! Now just for the clothes shopping my least fav part.

  6. Thanks for linking up to Mommy Mondays! <3 This is a GREAT list.

  7. Making me sad! My first year not to need back to school items. Sending my baby to college!

  8. Hello dear!) Follow you now via GFC) Hope you will do the same)

  10. Well I have actually bought a few back to school things already but mostly because I saw them on Sale so thought why not!
I bought those SMENS last year and they were awesome. They smell so good.
Thanks for sharing all these great ideas.

  11. I haven't had to buy supplies for a couple of years, not only did I have a rather large stockpile...with three kids in school, now down to two. Since we started home schooling the amount of supplies that we use basically consists of paper, pens, and pencils. Thank you so much for linking up with This Momma's Meandering Mondays! Have a great week!
