A Wednesday Photo Challenge

I love the photo this week for the Edit Me challenge at My Reflection of Something!  I have two edits to share with you, but I've chosen the first edit to submit for this challenge.

My submission for Black and White Wednesday at The Long Road to China is below.  I had fun photographing this birdhouse.  I bought it when I was pregnant as decor to put in the baby's room.  Even though the actual colors of the birdhouse are perfectly contrasting, the worn structure, to me, is so fabulous that a Black and White photo of it really captures the details.  I like that my daughter's arm and hand are in it also to show the true size of the house.
